Booking & Payment Policy

All reservations require a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount to confirm the stay.
The remaining balance must be settled at check-in.
Payments can be made via bank transfers or UPI.
Rates are subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 15 days or more before check-in: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made 7-14 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
No refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.
Date modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in.

Guest Manners & Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the privacy, peace, and comfort of other guests.
As the Resort is located very near to the Tiger Reserve Loud music, disruptive behaviour, and excessive noise are prohibited.
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Any damage to resort property will be charged to the guest.

Weapons & Security Policy

Guests carrying licensed firearms must disclose them at check-in.
Weapons must be safely stored and should not be displayed in public areas.
Resort security reserves the right to deny entry to anyone carrying unauthorized weapons.

Wildlife & Safety Regulations

The resort is located near a wildlife sanctuary; guests must exercise caution at all times.
Do not feed, approach, or provoke wild animals.
Always stay on marked trails and avoid wandering into restricted areas.
Keep doors and windows securely closed, especially at night.
The resort is not responsible for any incidents arising from wildlife encounters.

General Terms

Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the resort.
Pets are allowed.
The resort reserves the right to evict guests violating policies without refunds.

By booking a stay at Narwar Lakefront Resort, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
