Payment Policy:-

– At the time of confirmation, 40% of the total payment needs to be collected and the balance payment 15 days before check-in.

– If confirmation is received 02 months before check-in date, 20% of the total amount is to be collected at the time of confirmation, another 20% a month prior, and balance payment 15 days before check-in.

– If confirmation is received within 10 days of check-in, the full amount needs to be collected at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy ( On Accommodation ):-

– Before 30 days – 50% of the total package will be applicable.

– Between 30 days – 15 days 75% of the total package is applicable.

– Between 15 days – no refund will be applicable.

Refund Policy:-

– The above policy will be the same in case of medical grounds and will be applicable only on submission of a hospitalization certificate.

– In case of a serious medical emergency credit note of 100% will be issued.

– Strictly no refunds.

– A credit note will be issued in case of force majeure or any natural calamities or national emergency.

Safaris:

– As this is an additional service, we are providing no refund against any Safari bookings.

– Guests have the option to book the safaris by themselves. No binding from our side.

Terms and Conditions:-

General check in and check out policy is as below –

– Check-in time is 1400hrs and check out is 1000hrs.

– Early check in and late check out will be considered, subject to availability. Charges as applicable.
